Saturday Box Cart building playing field / car park 10am -12 noon all ages This year you can help put the racing carts together ready for the great Funky Box Cart Derby! Carts sponsored by PRG Trailers, SPG Security Systems & Audlem Action for Youth Funky Story Tent All day (see blackboard for times of sessions) funky’s very own story telling tent. Cosy, relaxed and aimed at the younger children. Stories read, acted, played and experienced Funky Science Tent playing field / car park All day all ages Time travel, egg throwing and lots of other amazing funky science! Circus skills playing field/car park 11am - 4pm all ages Juggling, plate spinning, diabalo and balancing skills Funky Triathlon playing field 11 am 12 noon reception – year 2 12.30pm – 1.30pm year 3 & 4 2pm – 3pm year 5 & 6 3.30pm – 4.30pm year 7 upwards Another fun course with cycling, running and obstacle course. Cycling skills and safety checks by Audlem Cycling Club Funky cycling roller racing playing field 11am - 4pm Whilst you wait your turn on the triathlon bikes are fitted to a special roller machine and riders race against each other and the clock. An Audlem Cycling Club event Crafts playing field - craft tents 11am – 4pm Mobiles. Make a funky mobile from whatever you can lay your hands on! 11 am – 1pm Potato heads. You won’t believe who you can re-create from a potato! Talent workshop public hall 1.30pm – 4pm Bring your act along and work with Day-Star Theatre and then perform it at the talent show on Sunday. Music & Chilli Night with bar public hall 6.30pm – 10.30pm Its the Funky version of the famous Audlem Chilli Night . Watch talented young musicians and dancers perform, grab a cheap chilli (no need to go home for tea) and enjoy a drink or two (Alcoholic if you are over 18 and can prove it) Featuring Foxy Wellingtons , X Academy Performing Arts & Culture Centre, Igloo Invasion Tickets £2 under 18 £3 over 18 in advance from 812068, 811330 or info@funkyaudlem.co.uk or The Funky café or on the door if there are any left! |
